Medicaid, Insurance & Private Pay
We are in network with most insurance providers as well as Texas Medicaid, Oklahoma Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employees. Unfortunately, we are not in network with the Texas CHIP program.
For our private pay patients, we offer a discount of 10% off all services, if paid by credit card, debit card, or cash.
Fees, Payments and Financial Arrangements
Payment for services are due in full at the time of service.
We understand that dental fees are often unexpected expenses, and can be difficult to cover. We try our best to maintain a reasonable fee schedule that is lower than average for our area, while continuing to maintain an above average standard of care for your child.
Insurance typically pays for diagnostic and preventive services at 100%. This does NOT apply to ALL insurance policies, however, and we strongly recommend that you investigate what benefits are provided under YOUR individual policy. Likewise, insurance typically pays only a percentage of the fees for treatment such as fillings, extractions, or crowns, and those percentages vary by policy. All fees not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient (or parent) and must be paid at the time of service. Arrangements can be made to pay out the patient portion of your balance leading up to the time of your appointment, as long as it is paid in full on or before the time we complete the treatment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Care Credit. For more information on Care Credit click here.
Cancellation Policy
In order to serve our patients better, we have instituted a cancellation policy. If you cannot make it to your appointment please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Your appointment will also be considered “missed” if you are ten or more minutes late. It is our policy that a patient will only be allowed two missed appointments before being marked as inactive.
Privacy Policy
Our office will not release any information about our patients except to parents, legal guardians, your insurance carrier, or to other referred medical or dental offices, except by court order.
