Here’s how it works…When you come in for a regular cleaning and check-up, if you are CAVITY FREE then just put your name and phone number on the paper provided at the Check-out desk, and put it in the fish bowl.

We draw one name at the end of every month. That winner comes in and gets to pick a prize of their choice from our treasure chest!
